All cold plunges & ice baths are currently at a 1-2 week lead time. Once your order is built, packed and ready to ship, we will contact you via email to let you know once your order has left our facility and is on its way to you.

USA: SHIPPING IS INCLUDED
For all orders in the lower 48 states, shipping is included in the price of all Cold Plunges and Ice Baths. We ship with various freight companies depending on speed, cost and availability. Once your order is ready to ship, we will let you know what company will be delivering your order.
For Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SHIPPING AVAILABLE
For international orders outside of USA, please contact us to get a custom shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL FEES AND CHARGES
Depending on your country, there will be additional charges for import taxes and duties once your order reaches customs. Any additional fees will be payable by you; it is recommended you contact customs authorities in your country to ascertain if any such fees apply.
