• Duration: This warranty covers ArcticZen cold plunge and ice bath products for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Product Integrity: We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. This warranty assures that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Terms and Conditions:

• Repair or Replacement: If a defect arises within the warranty period, ArcticZen will, at its discretion, repair the product using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or refurbished product.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, alteration, accident, or neglect. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to external causes such as natural disasters, or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.

• Transferability Statement:

  This warranty is transferable once per product. If the original purchaser decides to transfer ownership of the ArcticZen cold plunge or ice bath product within the warranty period, the new owner will be entitled to the remaining duration of the warranty from the original purchase date.
