Extended Warranty Terms

Coverage Details:

• Bumper-to-Bumper Coverage: Our optional, extended warranty provides comprehensive coverage for all internal components of your ArcticZen cold plunge or ice bath system for either 36 or 60 months depending on your purchase option.
• Replacement or Repair: In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, we will either send replacement parts or attempt repairs.
• Replacement Guarantee: If we are unable to repair the item, we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value.
• Warranty claims will not result in a refund.

Covered Components:

• Pump
• Chiller
• Compressor
• Interior coating
• Plumbing
• Insulation

Exclusions:

• Exterior Surfaces: The warranty does not cover external surfaces of the cold plunge system.
• Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Misuse, Abuse or Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse or abuse is excluded from warranty repair.
• Weathering: Damage caused by weathering or exposure to natural elements such as sun, snow, ice, wind or fire is not covered.
• Dry Pump Damage: A dead pump due to turning it on when dry is not covered.
• Water Damage: Warranty does not cover water damage to any property due to leaks or broken parts.
• Commercial Application: Warranty coverage does not extend to cold plunge systems used for commercial purposes.
